This jazz formation brings together some of the most active musicians of the Austrian and European Jazz-scene: WORRY LATER with Oliver Kent (piano), Uli Langthaler (duble bass), Dušan Novakov (drums), Daniel Nösig (trumpet) and Thomas Kugi (tenor saxophone) unites some of the best soloists.
The repertory of this ensemble is mostly compiled of their own original compositions, which provides the basis for their outstanding personal statements and unique expressions in contemporary European Jazz music.
These musicians together present a unique program and impress not only with their solo highlights but also with the distinctive sound in this Jazz-formation.
After long-term engagements in all Viennese Jazz clubs WORRY LATER is one of the best-rehearsed groups and present themselves as a euphonic ensemble. They attract large audiences and have a continuing influence on contemporary jazz musicians, not only in their hometown.
WORRY LATER have played at jazz festivals throughout Europe as well as at International Jazz Festivals in the USA, Cuba, Israel, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, Mongolia, Mexico, Tunisia, Ukraine, India, Nepal and South-Africa.

DANIEL NÖESIG
Daniel Nösig was born 25th of November, 1975 in Zams/Tirol, Austria.
He first studied with Prof. Alois Vierbach at the MS in Feldkirchen in Carinthia, Austria and continued to study at the State Conservatory (Landeskonservatorium) Klagenfurt with Prof. Lee Harper. He then moved to the Netherlands and graduated from the Royal Conservatory in The Hague with Jarmo Hoogendijk, Erik Vloeimanns and Ack van Roojen.
In May 2000 he received his Master Degree in music from the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, with a special comment by the Jury on his great musical sensibility.
2001 Daniel Nösig moved back to Austria and became one of the most demanded trumpeters of the Austrian and international jazz-scene.

THOMAS KUGI
Thomas Kugi was born 1964 in Villach, Carinthia, Austria. From 1984 on he studied Music in Vienna, Austria.
Within a few years he became one of the most flexible, valuable and busy Austrian saxophone players and arrangers with countless recordings in different styles, like Jazz, Funk, Pop, Latin Music, playing TV-Shows, theater-productions and concerts all over the world.

OLIVER KENT
Oliver Kent was born 1969 in Innsbruck, Austria. He studied classical piano with his father Fuat Kent in Vorarlberg, Austria.
In 1987 Oliver Kent moved to Vienna and concentrated on jazz piano. Very quickly he received his first engagements with internationally known artists including Karl Ratzer, Art Farmer and Idris Muhammed.
From 1993 to 1995 he lived in New York City, where he worked together with the trumpeters Valerie Ponomarev and Eddie Henderson.
Oliver Kent is a well-known member of the Austrian/European jazz gallery. DUŠAN NOVAKOV
Dušan Novkov was born in 1970 in Pančevo/Serbia. Between 1986 and 1988 he joined the international Jazz seminar in Grožnjan with Reggie Workman.
In 1989 he moved to Austria. From 1989 to 1998 he studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz where he received his master degree. From 1996 to 1997 he studied percussions at the University of Arts in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
Because of his great music sensibility Dušan Novakov woos the audience in an outstanding way and is furthermore in demand for many international formations.
Dušan Novakov has played with international stars like Mark Murphy, Oliver Lake, George Cables, John Marshall, Dick Oatts, Don Menza, Kirk Lightsey, Michelle Hendricks, Toninio Horta, Dusko Goykovich, Valery Ponomarev, Andi Bey, Bread Lealy, Karl Ratzer, Timna Brauer and Elias Meiri Ensemble, Fernando Correa, Fritz Pauer, Big Band Graz, Frank Lacy, Gregory Porter, Andy Middleton…

ULI LANGTHALER
Uli Langthaler was born 1959 in Linz, Austria. He studied bass with Rudolf Hansen at the Conservatory/Private Music University of Vienna.
From 1987 to 1991 he was a member of the Orchester der Vereinigten Bühnen Wien, the orchestra of all major music productions in Viennese theaters.
