Smooth-Jazz Vol. 1 |
Aleksandar Dujin
Quintet was formed 1995. In Novi Sad as band who plays authorized
compositions of A. Dujin, inspired by different musical trends
(jazz, latino, funk…). During last period they played a great number
of concerts in Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Subotica, Belgrade… and
participated at Valjevo Jazz Festival.
It’s
very important to mention that these musicians started a big time
interest for jazz among young instrumentalists of Vojvodina and made
basis for establishing “Vojvodina Big Band”. This one year old band
made several concerts in the county. Until now Quintet released one
CD in private production titled “Smooth Jazz” Vol. 1, already
planing to record Vol. 2 of the same
title. |
