The origin of this music project, which was clearly induced by the jazz vocation of its members, lies in the firmly followed path of the original compositions and a search for new forms of expression, which makes it full of communicative stimuli - a typical characteristic of improvised music. The result is a mixture of complex suggestions emerging from the variety of contemporary music.

STEFANO TROTA, born in Rimini in 1964, started his career of a guitarist in Modena in the late 70s within groups mostly oriented towards rock. From 1983 he started gathering his jazz music experience, after his advanced studies in Jazz Guitar on courses held by maestro Gianni Nicolinni, and in Parma with the INCJ by maestro Filippo Dacco.
After that he attended seminars, among others those held by the guitarist J. Diario (Bologna, 1991) and B.Frisell (Perugina, 1992) and the percussionist Trilok Gurtu (Ferra, 1990); besides this he simultaneously took classes of Guitar and Music within the educational structures of the Association Sienna Jazz and took part in the course held by the Berklee School from Boston in 1992.
During this educational period he constantly developed his own activity, engaged in different forms of stylistic orientation, but always within the field of jazz. He gave a special contribution to the projects of Ivan Valentini, with whom he worked on the recording of two CDs ("Paz" and "Senza famiglia").
In 1992 he was chosen as a member of the group led by trumpet player P. Fresu where he worked on the development of the workshop and concert activities for a while.
As the idea of developing his own career, especially as an author, formed in his mind, he now committed himself mainly to his personal music project, in which he got the valuable cooperation of Robert Bartoli and Paolo Gareli, as well as - more rarely though - from other musicians of different groups.

ANDREA TERENZIANI - Bass player, author, teacher; studies Contrabass and Electric Bass at the Conservatory in Luka, Harmony and Arrangement with Gianni Nikolini. He took advanced studies with Ares Tavolaci and Bruce Gertz; he has rich experience in pop, rock and jazz music (hundreds of live concerts, dozens of hours in the recording studios, etc…) with the electric bass and the contrabass. In addition to this he is a guitarist, keyboardist and chorister autodidact alongside his interest in computer music.
Among others he has worked with: R. Bele, M. Belli, G. Bernardi, (CD "l'Arco Terrestre ", 2001), L. Bruni, S. Calzolari, G. Cavani, Gang, R. Graziani, G. Loddo ( Musical "Devil's Kiss ", 1997), S. Malavasi, R. Marra, Nick the Nightfly, G. Nicolini, Sara Sheppard, Spirituals, C. Togni, G. Warren.

PAOLO GARELLI, was born in Modena in 1971. He became active in music in 1985 as a drummer in groups mainly oriented towards rock music. Four years later his musical interests shifted towards jazz and he attended courses at "Il Paese degli Specchi" (with Massimo Manzi, Paolo Fresu, Attolio Zanchi) and at l'Academia Romana di Musica (with Danilo Rea, Giovanni Tommaso, Fabrizio Sferra, Maurizio Giammarco, Fabio Zeppetella). Moreover, he has participated in seminars with significant musicians such as Han Bennink, Trilok Gurtu, Pierre Favre, Jon Christensen, Joey Baron, and assistant professors from Berklee College, Boston.
In the field of jazz he has worked with different Italian musicians, such as Achille Succi, Ivan Valentini, Luigi Mosso, Roberto Bartoli, Fabrizio Bosso, Roberto Rossi, Marco Visconti, Maurizio Bozzi, Gaspare Tiricanti. In 2001 he performed at the Novi Sad Old Gold Festival and played in other Yugoslav cities (Zrenjanin, Subotica and Belgrade).
In different music contexts he worked with the string quartet Lab IX Ensemble (1995), and with the Toys Ensemble, led by Carlo Mastropietro and Adriano Guarnieri (1998).
He is an assistant professor at "L'Arte dei Suoni" in Bazzano (BO) and "Il Cantiere dei suoni" in Castelfanco Emilia (MO).
